2) Keep It Honest & Fair

Gyanbatua.ai is designed to help you learn and prepare, not to cheat.

Do not use the Platform to:

• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity/qualifications,
• submit someone else's work as your own,
• create or present fabricated credentials, experience, references, or documents,
• bypass rules set by recruiters, institutions, testing platforms, or employers.

We may restrict access if we detect misuse intended to gain unfair advantage.

3) Don't Share Sensitive Personal Information

For your safety, do not share:

• passwords, OTPs, bank/UPI details, card details, or authentication codes,
• government IDs (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN, passport), full home address, or other high-risk identifiers,
• personal information about others without their permission.

4) Use the Platform Lawfully

You must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Do not use the Platform to:

• engage in illegal activity,
• violate intellectual property rights,
• distribute malware or harmful code,
• facilitate fraud, scams, or deception.

5) Respect Intellectual Property

Only upload or share content you own or have rights to use.

Do not:

• upload copyrighted materials without permission,
• copy or distribute Platform content without authorization,
• use the Platform to generate content that infringes someone else's rights.

6) No Platform Abuse or Security Violations

Do not:

• scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform,
• reverse engineer, probe, or attempt to break security,
• interfere with Platform performance (including automated requests, bots, or load attacks),
• try to access other users' accounts or data.

We may suspend/terminate accounts involved in attempted abuse.

7) Keep Content Appropriate

Gyanbatua.ai supports career learning and interview preparation. Content should remain relevant and appropriate for an educational/professional environment.

Do not post, request, or distribute:

• pornography or sexually explicit content,
• graphic violence or gore,
• instructions to commit wrongdoing,
• content that promotes self-harm.

If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services.

8) Guidance for Users Aged 13–17

Gyanbatua.ai is intended for users aged 13+. If you are under 18:

• use the Platform under parent/guardian supervision,
• avoid sharing personal details in prompts or uploads,
• report uncomfortable or unsafe interactions.

9) Enforcement (What Happens If Guidelines Are Violated)

We may take action based on severity, context, and risk, including:

• warning or requesting changes,
• removing content,
• restricting features,
• suspending or terminating accounts,
• preserving relevant logs/content where required for safety, fraud prevention, or legal compliance,
• reporting to authorities where required by law.

We may also limit repeated attempts to generate disallowed content.
