This page should be read with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.

1) Age Eligibility

Gyanbatua.ai is intended for users aged 13 years and above.

  • Users under 13 must not use the Platform.
  • Users aged 13–17 should use the Platform under parent/guardian supervision, and where required we may seek verifiable parental/guardian consent.
  • If we learn a user is under 13, we may suspend/terminate the account and delete associated data, subject to legal retention requirements.

2) What the Platform Is Used For

Gyanbatua.ai helps users:

  • practice interview questions and receive feedback,
  • complete skill assessments and identify learning gaps,
  • create learning plans and track progress,
  • improve resumes/CVs and application materials,
  • participate in mock interviews (including audio/video features where enabled).

The Platform supports learning and preparation. It does not guarantee hiring or selection outcomes.

3) What Data a Minor May Share

Depending on features enabled, a minor may share or generate:

  • account details (name, email, phone if provided),
  • assessment answers, results, and progress metrics,
  • prompts and chat messages,
  • resumes/CVs, cover letters, portfolio links,
  • audio/video recordings for mock interviews (if enabled and consented),
  • device and usage data (e.g., IP address, app interactions),
  • communications with support.

We encourage minors not to share sensitive personal information (passwords, OTPs, bank/UPI details, government IDs, medical data) in prompts or uploads.

4) Safety Expectations for Parents/Guardians

We recommend that parents/guardians:

  • review how the minor uses the Platform and supervise usage,
  • discuss safe online behavior and the importance of not sharing sensitive personal information,
  • encourage the minor to verify important information and not rely blindly on AI outputs,
  • ensure that resumes and answers remain truthful and reflect the minor's real experience and skills.

5) How We Promote Safety for Minors

We apply reasonable safeguards designed to support a safe learning environment, including:

  • content and conduct rules (see Community Guidelines),
  • the ability to restrict/suspend accounts for unsafe or abusive behavior,
  • security controls designed to protect accounts and data,
  • reporting channels for safety concerns.

No system is perfect. If you have concerns, please contact us.

6) AI Limitations (Important for Parents/Guardians)

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a minor's specific needs. The Platform is intended for educational guidance only and is not a substitute for professional advice.

We encourage parents/guardians to help minors:

  • treat AI responses as guidance, not as final authority,
  • verify critical details independently,
  • avoid sharing sensitive data.

7) Mock Interviews (Audio/Video) — Consent & Control

If audio/video mock interview features are enabled:

  • we will provide notice and request consent before enabling or using such features.
  • Parents/guardians may contact us to disable or manage these features for a minor's account at [email protected].
