Gyanbatua.ai is designed to help users learn, practice, and prepare for jobs, internships, and apprenticeship opportunities through assessments, skill-gap guidance, and interview preparation. This Academic Integrity & Fair Use Policy ("Integrity Policy") explains permitted and prohibited use to protect fairness, credibility, and platform safety.
Gyanbatua.ai is operated by Matrix Secure India Pvt. Ltd. (a Mobiloitte Group company) ("we", "us", "our"). This Integrity Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1) What We Support (Permitted Use)
You may use the Platform to:
- practice interview questions and receive feedback,
- learn concepts and improve skills through guided study,
- identify learning gaps and create a study plan,
- improve your resume/CV and application materials through suggestions,
- prepare for interviews with mock sessions (including audio/video where enabled),
- generate practice content for learning and self-improvement.
The intent is learning and preparation, not misrepresentation or cheating.
2) What We Do Not Allow (Prohibited Use)
You must not use the Platform to:
- A) Cheat on Exams or Assessments
- generating answers for live/proctored tests, certifications, or examinations,
- bypassing assessment rules, time limits, or proctoring controls,
- using the Platform in a way that violates testing provider rules.
- B) Misrepresent Identity or Credentials
- impersonating someone else,
- fabricating degrees, work experience, achievements, references, or certificates,
- creating or submitting forged documents or fake portfolios.
- C) Undermine Recruiter or Employer Processes
- using AI to falsify interview responses in ways that misrepresent your real skills,
- using the Platform to submit misleading or deceptive applications,
- violating the rules of recruiters, employers, institutions, or hiring platforms.
- D) Abuse or Manipulate the Platform
- mass-generation of content for spam or deception,
- scraping or harvesting content or data,
- attempting to reverse engineer or bypass safeguards.
3) Guidance on AI-Assisted Application Materials
AI can help you present your experience clearly, but your applications must remain truthful.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- all claims in your resume/CV, cover letter, portfolio, and interview answers are accurate,
- you understand and can explain anything you submit,
- you do not present AI-generated content as real experience, accomplishments, or credentials if it is not true.
4) Interview Preparation (Fair & Professional Use)
Mock interviews and practice answers are allowed and encouraged. However:
- do not use the Platform to generate real-time responses during interviews where such assistance is prohibited,
- do not record or share third-party interview materials without permission,
- do not use the Platform to manipulate or deceive interviewers.
5) Content Ownership and Permissions
You should only upload or share materials you own or have rights to use (e.g., your own resume, your own work samples). Do not upload confidential employer documents or third-party proprietary materials unless you are authorized.
6) Reporting and Enforcement
We may take action when we detect or receive reports of misuse, including:
- warnings or requests to stop the behavior,
- feature restrictions (e.g., limiting certain tools),
- temporary suspension,
- permanent termination for serious or repeated violations,
- retaining relevant logs/content as needed for fraud prevention, safety, and legal compliance,
- reporting or cooperating with lawful investigations when required by law.
We consider context, severity, and risk. Enforcement decisions are at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
7) How to Report Integrity Concerns
If you believe the Platform is being used for cheating, impersonation, fraud, or other misuse, email:

8) Updates
We may update this Integrity Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date.
