2) How We Manage Sub-processors

We take reasonable steps to manage Sub-processors, which may include:

• assessing suitability for the service provided,
• entering into written agreements that include confidentiality and data protection obligations,
• limiting access to what is necessary for the service,
• monitoring and reviewing Sub-processors as appropriate.

3) Categories of Sub-processors We May Use

Depending on features enabled (including SSO, resume uploads, audio/video mock interviews, WhatsApp/SMS, analytics/pixels, and enterprise dashboards), we may use Sub-processors in the following categories:

A) Cloud Infrastructure & Hosting

Used for application hosting, databases, storage, content delivery, and system reliability.

B) Content Delivery Networks (CDN)

Used to deliver content efficiently and improve performance and resilience.

C) Communications Providers (Email/SMS/WhatsApp)

Used to send OTPs, account alerts, service notices, and (where permitted) marketing communications.

D) Analytics & Performance Monitoring

Used to understand Platform usage, improve performance, diagnose crashes, and enhance reliability.

E) Customer Support & Ticketing

Used to manage support requests, feedback, and communications.

F) Identity, Authentication & SSO

Used for login, authentication, and optional single sign-on (e.g., Google/LinkedIn) where enabled.

G) Payments & Billing

Used to process payments, subscriptions (if any), invoices/receipts, fraud prevention, and chargeback management.

H) Audio/Video & Real-Time Communication (If Enabled)

Used for mock interview features including audio/video streaming, recording, and transcription (where enabled).

I) Security & Fraud Prevention

Used to protect the Platform, prevent abuse, and detect suspicious activity.

J) Marketing/Advertising Technology (If Enabled)

Used for campaign measurement, remarketing, and audience management (only where enabled and subject to cookie preferences/consent mechanisms as applicable).

K) Enterprise Reporting & Administration Tools (If Enabled)

Used for enterprise dashboards, reporting, and operational management (subject to enterprise terms and data minimization).

4) Data Location / Cross-Border Processing

Our Sub-processors may process data in India and/or other countries where they operate. We implement reasonable safeguards for cross-border processing as described in our Privacy Policy, subject to applicable Indian law and any notified restrictions.

We may update this page from time to time as we add or replace Sub-processors. The "Effective Date" above indicates when this page was last updated.

Where required by contract (enterprise customers) or applicable law, we may provide additional notice of material changes.

6) Enterprise Customers

Enterprise customers may request additional Sub-processor information under an enterprise agreement or Data Processing Addendum (DPA), including specific vendor names, locations, and services, subject to confidentiality and security considerations.
